Whether he’s coaching up new team members or making sure every guest leaves smiling, Patrick brings the same energy and precision that once made him a standout on the diamond.

Before landing at Pink Bird, Max made waves as a staff augmentation exec, helped build brands from the ground up, and even rode the crypto rollercoaster (and lived to tell the tale).
